McGinley Orthopedics 17B - Medical Funding Professionals

Medical Funding Professionals (MFP) is paid for certain services, which may include publicity, by McGinley Orthopedics. MFP is paid $25,000 at signing, $20,000 upon the filing of a Form 1-A with the SEC, and then $40,000 upon the execution of a Regulation A platform agreement. MFP has also received compensation in the form of restricted shares of common stock at $0.001 per share (or $756.615) consisting of 756.615 shares.
